KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In-Store Visual Merchandising

  • Design, develop, and execute visual merchandising plans across boutiques, counters, kiosks, department stores, and in-store displays.
  • Create eye-catching displays that highlight new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints, following color themes, layout standards, and product presentation guidelines.
  • Regularly evaluate store layouts and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and sales.

Production & Coordination

  • Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and production partners for VM materials including signage, props, fixtures, and display elements.
  • Manage and track inventory of VM props, tools, and store collaterals.
  • Oversee installation and setup during store openings, re-merchandising schedules, and brand events, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Product Display & Storytelling

  • Conceptualize and execute product arrangements that highlight key features, benefits, and brand identity.
  • Develop merchandising guides, planograms, and product placement standards for consistent in-store execution.
  • Align all display concepts with ongoing marketing campaigns, launches, and brand narratives through close collaboration with marketing, retail, and creative teams.

Research & Brand Alignment

  • Monitor market trends, competitor merchandising, and global beauty retail innovations.
  • Ensure all visual executions reflect the brand's tone, visual style, and storytelling approach.
  • Recommend visual improvements based on insights, field data, and consumer behavior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar role. Experience in beauty industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in layout/design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez, Quezon City
