Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Visual Merchandising Manager of Victoria's Secret, located in the Philippines. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Visual Merchandising Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing compelling in-store visual presentations that align with the brand's global standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with the regional marketing team, senior visual merchandiser, and area managers on seasonal window displays, marketing signage orders, and mapping planning. This role requires a proactive individual who will review each seasonal brand guide, liaise with allocators to manage stock availability for new launches, and propose creative solutions for inventory or promotional challenges. A critical function will be to ensure the timely delivery of all seasonal visual merchandising elements by coordinating effectively with the distribution team, guaranteeing a flawless and impactful launch in every store.

Qualifications

  • University graduate from Visual Communications, Merchandising.
  • Minimum 5 years in a VM position with working experience in Fashion Retail
  • Execute all visual merchandising tasks on time and maintain consistent brand standards across every store.
  • Create and distribute all necessary floor set planning tools and guides to in-store teams.
  • Review, refine, and secure approval for all store floor plans to ensure they are aligned and consistent.
  • Conduct regular training calls with store teams to communicate new launch plans and ensure understanding.
  • Perform weekly store visits to audit VM standards, check compliance, and coach staff on brand presentation.
  • Proactively update and refresh product displays after launches to keep the store environment engaging.
