Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations

· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

· Maintain quality control for all food served

· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience

· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

· Ensures preventive maintenance program for all store equipment are conducted.

· Generates the target revenues and maintain agreed cost levels.

· Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

· Prepares manpower schedule.

· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

· Attend quarterly P&L meetings

· Prepares and submits required store reports.

· Approves and forwards requests for replenishment of raw materials, products, and store supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management any related/ equivalent

· Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service

(At least 2 years experience as a supervisor)

· Ability to use restaurant management software

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

· Very confident in dealing with people.

· Strong leadership skills

· Decisive and critical thinker

Willing to be assigned in NORTH VERTIS, QUEZON CITY

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
