Job Summary

Duck Donuts is looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Crew Member who can handle both cashiering and donut preparation. The role involves serving customers, taking orders, and preparing fresh donuts while maintaining our quality, cleanliness, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, excellent service
  • Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system
  • Handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions properly
  • Prepare donut batter and operate donut frying equipment
  • Drop, flip, and cook donuts according to Duck Donuts standards
  • Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety
  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter, kitchen, and work areas
  • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least college graduate
  • With or without experience (training will be provided)
  • Willing to learn both cashiering and kitchen operations
  • Customer-oriented, honest, and dependable
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferably residing in or near Makati
  • Previous cashiering experience is an advantage
