We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team at Crusted in Makati City. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions in our restaurant. This full-time position is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Processing customer payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
  • Handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and making change correctly
  • Balancing cash drawers and reconciling sales transactions at the end of each shift
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role in the hospitality or retail industry
  • Strong numerical and cash handling skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
