The Front of the House (Cashier/Service) is responsible for managing cashiering operations and ensuring a positive, efficient, and satisfying experience for all clients and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers courteously, answer inquiries, and provide accurate product information, advice, or recommendations.
  • Manage all cashiering operations of the store in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of cashiering procedures while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately process transactions using various modes of payment.
  • Ensure sufficient availability of change funds and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
  • Accurately compute and provide correct change to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and front-of-house space.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and quality control standards at all times.
  • Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Perform all duties in an ethical, professional, and responsible manner.
