IPP BPO24x7 provides comprehensive business process outsourcing solutions including seat leasing, accounting, recruitment, procurement, and virtual assistant services to clients in Australia and other international markets. We are expanding our footprint and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives for the Australian market.
Position Overview
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling IPP BPO's services and seat leasing facilities to Australian clients. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can identify prospects, generate qualified leads, build strong relationships, and close deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote seat leasing, accounting, recruitment, procurement, and virtual assistant services in the Australian marketplace.
- Identify potential clients (start-ups, SMEs, and enterprises) through online research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Generate and manage leads independently, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing Australian clients.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service onboarding.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications during pre- and post-sales stages.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts to position IPP BPO competitively.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and digital outreach efforts targeting Australian businesses.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within BPO, outsourcing, or seat leasing sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Australian business environment and its outsourcing trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written English).
- Proactive lead generator with demonstrated success in closing international sales deals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.

- Number of qualified leads generated and converted.
- Client acquisition rate and retention levels.
- Sales pipeline health and reporting accuracy.
