Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities and reviewing requirements to compiling and submitting compliant bid documents by strict deadlines.

Job Description:

  • Assist in monitoring platforms (such as PhilGEPS) to find relevant bid opportunities;
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the bidding team, assisting with the preparation and submission of bid documents.
  • Go to field work, such as government offices or client sites, to physically obtain bid documents and other required materials from the procuring entity or end-user.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • With at least 2 years of experience of bidding preparation and coordination
  • Willing to do field work
  • Keen attention to details
  • Flexible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
