· Manage bid-related correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups with stakeholders.

· Organize technical meetings, prepare meeting minutes, distribute relevant information, and follow up on assigned action items.

· Ensure that all technical documents and bidding materials meet company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.

· Assist in the preparation of project schedules, technical reports, and other related documents as required.

· Maintain accurate records of bid submissions, evaluations, and outcomes for analysis and future reference.
