We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Boost Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you'll support internal promotional campaigns by preparing high-quality templates that include captions, images, and tracking links. You'll play a key role in ensuring ads are scheduled accurately and consistently, helping drive brand visibility and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and set up campaign templates with accuracy and completeness

· Collaborate with Leads Specialists to confirm group accuracy

· Coordinate with the Leads team to support timely campaign scheduling

· Ensure captions, images, and tracking links align with branding and strategy

· Follow established processes and quality standards

· Implement strategic changes quickly and effectively

· Conduct verification checks to ensure campaign compliance

· Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned

· Prior experience in digital marketing or content coordination (preferred)

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Proficiency in Google Sheets and collaboration tools

· Excellent written communication skills

· Ability to follow structured processes with consistency

· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

· Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
