Job Title

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Boost Assistant. As a Boost Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting internal promotional campaigns by preparing high-quality templates that include captions, images, and tracking links.

This position involves collaborating with Leads Specialists to confirm accuracy, coordinating with the Leads team to support timely campaign scheduling, ensuring branding and strategy alignment, following established processes and quality standards, implementing strategic changes quickly and effectively, conducting verification checks to ensure campaign compliance, and completing ad hoc tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in digital marketing or content coordination and strong attention to detail and organizational skills. They should be able to work independently in a remote setup and possess a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, reliable time management and deadline discipline, a collaborative attitude and team-oriented approach, a commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy, a flexible and adaptable attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

  • A strong background in digital marketing or content coordination is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
