About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at RRJ' in Calamba City, Laguna. As a full-time Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our vibrant retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers
  2. Effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers to drive sales
  3. Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
  4. Restocking and replenishing products as needed
  5. Handling cash and card transactions accurately
  6. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve store operations
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
