Sales Clerk Trainer

About the role

As a Sales Clerk Trainer at Select Goods', you will play a vital role in developing and empowering our retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service in our Calamba City Laguna store. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip our sales clerks with the skills and knowledge to thrive in their roles.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales clerks, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service best practices, and store policies and procedures
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales clerks, identifying areas for improvement and helping them to enhance their skills
• Collaborate with the store manager to identify training needs and design tailored programs to address them
• Monitor the performance of trained sales clerks and provide feedback to help them continually improve
• Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance and track the progress of the sales team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team
• Excellent training and facilitation skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging and effective training programs
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address training challenges
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• A passion for continuous learning and a desire to help others develop their skills and reach their full potential
