Salary offer: 20k Php basic salary + up to 50k Php Language Premium + 15% night differential pay + 20% performance-based incentives

Employment type: Full-time permanent

Work location: One E-com MOA Complex, Pasay (ONSITE)

Work schedule: Dayshift (Mandarin bilingual Agent) & Night shift (Spanish Bilingual Agent)

Target Start Date: ASAP

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in BPO/ call center for at least 12-18 months.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Language required: Spanish, Mandarin (Simplified & Traditional), English
  • Good comprehension and critical thinking.
  • Attained at least Highschool level (completed), SHS or college level.

As a HR Solutionns Services Associate you are expected to perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepares and maintains benefit calculations, reports, and year-end statements.
  • Assists in benefit enrollment, system testing, and employee self-service updates.
  • Guides employees on forms, claims, and benefit or premium computations.
  • Coordinates with consultants, actuaries, and external partners on employee benefits.
  • Handles relocation processes, including documentation, payments, and visa extensions.
  • Prepares employment offers and related correspondence.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and standards.
