Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction in Filipino subjects at the tertiary level.
  • Develop syllabi, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials aligned with institutional and CHED standards.
  • Evaluate and provide timely feedback on student performance.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, research activities, extension programs, and institutional events.
  • Contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic quality assurance.
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards in teaching and student engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education major in Filipino, AB/BSE in Filipino, or related field.
  • Preferably with Master's degree units or holder of MA/PhD in Filipino or related discipline.
  • Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) is an advantage.
  • With relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred.
  • Excellent command of the Filipino language and strong background in Filipino literature, linguistics, and culture.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
