About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language Faculty to join our team at Lapulapu-Cebu International College Inc. in Bankal Lapu-Lapu City Cebu. As a full-time faculty member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students, imparting your knowledge and expertise in foreign languages.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and delivering engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and tutorials in foreign languages
  • Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments
  • Providing academic advising and support to students, ensuring their success in the program
  • Participating in curriculum development and evaluation processes
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the college through research, publications, and service activities
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a vibrant academic community

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree, ongoing or higher in a relevant foreign language discipline
  • Preferably with experience teaching foreign languages at the tertiary level
  • Excellent command of the target foreign language(s) and deep understanding of the language's cultural context
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging and effective lessons
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and innovation in teaching practices
  • JLPT N3 / above
