Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update curriculum and course syllabi in collaboration with academic leaders.

  • Assess student progress through tests, projects, and consultations, providing academic advising and guidance.
  • Manage classroom discipline and student safety both on and off campus, including internships and activities.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, research, community outreach, and student organizations as assigned.
  • Uphold the university's reputation through professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to its mission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Filipino, English, Physical Education, or a related field

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Filipino, English, Physical Education, or a vertically aligned program (preferred)

• At least one (1) year of college-level teaching experience

• Strong mastery of subject concepts and effective teaching strategies

• Skilled in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
