Resaerch Associate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, Nursing, IT, or related fields
  
  (Master's units/degree is an advantage)
• Strong background in research development, data analysis, and academic writing
• Proficient in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies
• Skilled in using research tools (e.g., SPSS, Jamovi, Excel, Google Workspace)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within academic departments
• Fresh graduates with research background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of institutional and academic research projects
• Support faculty members and students in research consultations, data gathering, analysis, and manuscript preparation
• Coordinate with the Research and Development Office (RDO) on research deadlines, compliance, and documentation
• Conduct literature reviews, prepare research briefs, and maintain research databases
• Assist in the organization of research-related training, seminars, and institutional research activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documents needed for accreditation (CHED, PACUCOA, ISO)
• Ensure research outputs align with institutional standards, ethics, and quality guidelines
• Perform other research-related tasks that may be assigned.
