Overview

We are seeking a Workday Security Support Analyst to support and optimize HR software solutions, with a strong focus on Workday Security. This role is vital in maintaining a seamless HR application landscape, resolving system issues, and enhancing user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing ("evergreen") support for HR software solutions, especially Workday Security.
  • Manage incidents and changes following ITSM principles using
    ServiceNow
    .
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, and change validation across multiple support teams.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business workflows and address system issues.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, focusing on system support and process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting vendor-based or SaaS HR applications (
    Workday preferred
    ).
  • Strong understanding of
    ITSM Incident and Change Management
    processes.
  • Hands-on experience with
    ServiceNow Incident and Task Management
    .
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional technical and HR teams.
  • Preferred: Exposure to
    security systems
    and
    HR workflows
    .
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
