Overview:

As a Project Manager at Hacktiv Colab Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with proficiency in project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving projects to successful completion while balancing competing demands and constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate obstacles and develop creative solutions.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Project Manager Proficient certification is required.
