Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Manage project teams and ensure effective collaboration.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.

  • Ensure stakeholder requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to the Project Management Director.

  • Monitor and analyze project performance and take corrective actions as needed.

  • Ability to identify and resolve complex project issues independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
