  • Receive briefs, including shot lists, scripts, or screenplays, and interpret them into compelling video content.
  • Digitally cut and edit video files to sequence projects, ensuring logical progression and smooth transitions.
  • Create rough cuts, fine-tune content, and finalize projects for delivery.
  • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
  • Capture studio-quality video footage when necessary.
  • Conceptualize and develop video ideas in collaboration with creatives and designers.
  • Ensure video projects align with the overall brand messaging strategy.
  • Enhance video content through logical sequencing, pacing, and integration of audio.
  • Present completed projects to senior management or clients as required.
  • Work both on-site and off-site, coordinating with photographers, designers, and other team members to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and editing workflows.
  • Ability to create engaging and dynamic video content from raw footage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
