We are seeking a talented video editor for a newly launched content marketing agency. The agency helps digital agency owners and entrepreneurs grow their personal brands across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. They create short-form videos, script new content angles, and repurpose long-form content such as podcasts and interviews. With an increasing client base across Australia and New Zealand, the team is looking for a creative and reliable video editor to support ongoing content production.

  • Full-time: 8 hours/day
  • Remote: Flexible schedule, but available for feedback and revisions
  • Monthly Starting Salary: $900+ (Flexible depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit short-form content (e.g. Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from provided video footage
  • Edit long-form YouTube content from raw recordings or client-provided footage
  • Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and design elements to enhance videos
  • Collaborate with the founders to align with brand storytelling and content strategy
  • Follow creative briefs and deliver high-quality content
  • Use platforms like Frame.io to manage client feedback and revisions
  • Maintain consistent visual branding across multiple clients and platforms

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a video editing role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Strong graphic design skills to support video aesthetics and storytelling (is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and fast turnaround times
  • Reliable, proactive, and communicative team player
  • Experience working in agency environments or with multiple clients
  • Comfortable managing feedback and updates in a fast-paced, client-driven setting
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
