About the Role

We are a growing property media agency based in the UK, producing high-quality, engaging content for the estate agents. We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team and help us craft compelling property videos, predominantly for Instagram.

You will be responsible for editing raw property footage into polished, engaging, and emotionally resonant videos that connects with viewers. The role is not about flashy over-editing — it's about telling authentic stories that spark interest.

Key Responsibilities


• Edit property videos of various types and sizes, optimised for social media.


• Work closely with the creative team to produce content that aligns with our brand style and client needs.


• Edit audio, add captions, effects, and perform colour grading as needed.


• Suggest creative ideas and editing styles to improve engagement.


• Create edits that connect emotionally with viewers and encourage interaction.

Experience & Skills Required


• Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).


• Strong knowledge of social media trends and what grabs attention online.


• Experience in property video editing is a bonus but not essential.


• Skilled in audio editing, captions, effects, and colour grading.


• Ability to work independently and think creatively to make videos engaging.


• Understands that natural storytelling is more powerful than overusing effects.


• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
