Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle sales transactions and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system
  • Display and replenish baked goods according to store standards

  • Monitor the freshness and quality of baked products
  • Assist in packaging and labeling of items for display or takeaway
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of bread, pastries, and other baked items
  • Support inventory management by reporting low stock levels or expired items
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures of the store
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • With or without experience (experience in food handling or retail is a plus)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-service oriented and team player
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
