About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sports brand retail store located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the store's daily operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
  4. Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of store associates
  5. Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  6. Analyze store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  7. Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably in the sports or fashion industry
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in data analysis and using retail management software
  5. Flexible and adaptable to changes in the retail environment
  6. Passionate about the sports and fashion industry
