Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory using computer systems.
  • Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams regarding material needs and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and issue materials to relevant departments based on job orders or requests.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
  • Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • At least a high school graduate.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or inventory control is a plus but not required.
