Job Summary

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor oversees the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all electrical maintenance activities for outside processing equipment, general power, and lighting systems. He ensures maximum equipment uptime, safe electrical operations, and reliable power distribution while leading, coaching, and developing maintenance engineers and technicians. He is responsible for implementing PM/CMMS programs, analyzing breakdowns, improving equipment reliability, and efficiently managing manpower, materials, and maintenance resources.
