Qualifications:

  • Education & Licensure:

  • At least a high school graduate; vocational or technical training in electrical installation and maintenance is an advantage.

  • TESDA NC II or NC III Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (required).
  • Registered Master Electrician (RME) or Licensed Electrical Practitioner (preferred).

  • Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

  • Experience working on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects in the Philippines.

  • Technical Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code and local building standards.

  • Proficient in reading electrical plans and schematics.
  • Skilled in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems.

  • Leadership & Supervision:

  • Strong leadership skills to manage electricians and helpers on-site.

  • Able to plan daily activities, delegate tasks, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Experience coordinating with engineers, safety officers, and other trades.
