  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Preferably with license.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, or production support.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance systems, CMMS, and root cause analysis tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of production machines, mechanical systems, electrical components, and automation equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce unplanned downtime.

  • Monitor equipment performance and analyze root causes of failures using engineering tools and methods.

  • Support production lines by providing engineering expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and safety.

  • Review technical drawings, machine manuals, and schematics to support troubleshooting and upgrades.

  • Lead equipment upgrade projects, machine installations, and production line modifications.

  • Work with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for equipment purchasing, repair, and parts replacement.

  • Ensure project completion within timeframe, budget, and safety standards.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, technical documentation, and calibration/repair records.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices (ISO, GMP, OSHA, etc.).

  • Participate in audits and contribute to corrective actions.

  • Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Safety teams to resolve equipment-related issues.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
  • Provide technical training to maintenance technicians and production personnel.
