Job Description

Open for Fresh Graduate

  • Preparation of:

  • Delivery Receipt(DR)

  • Sales Invoice (SI)

  • Billing Statement (BS)

  • Statement of Account (SOA)

  • Check the TERMS OF PAYMENT and if there is Down Payment billed it immediately.

  • For the Progress Billing, attachment for the billing is DR, COC and COW it depends

on the agreement of the Sales Agent and Client.

  • For Retention, retention bond or guarantee bond is needed.

· Monitor the collection.

  • Prepare summary of Profit Loss
  • Collection of Service Invoices / Billing Statements
  • Receivable Report Update
  • Bank Reconciliation RCBC and BDO for Peso Accounts.
  • Prepare Purchase order to Local Suppliers
  • Cash Receipts
  • Project Ledger
  • Summary of Official Receipt

Qualifications

  • Must be BS Accountancy Graduate
  • With or without accounting experience
  • With a solid background in bookkeeping
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Time Management abilities
  • Strong analytical and planning skills

SALARY - Negotiable

LOCATION - Manggahan Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php21,000.00 per month
