Power Mac Center is seeking an Accounting Assistant - Accounts Payable to join our Finance team. The role focuses on accurate invoice handling, on-time payment processing, and maintaining dependable financial records, while fostering smooth coordination with vendors and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and validate invoices, payments, and supporting documents
  • Prepare accounts payable checks and related financial paperwork
  • Keep accounting ledgers and reports updated and accurate
  • Process vendor payments promptly and resolve any discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Assist with additional finance tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting, or Finance
  • With internship or hands-on experience related to Accounts Payable
  • Familiar with AP cycle, matching, vouching, and GL coding
  • Proficient in accounting systems, MS Office, and iWork
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Upholds excellence, integrity, teamwork, and customer focus
