About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst who can bridge business needs with effective technical solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to define requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and support product evaluation and testing activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop functional requirement–based business requirements and identify associated non-functional requirements for solution architecture.
  • Identify gaps in business requirements and collaborate with end users to gather detailed information.
  • Communicate and explain how proposed solutions will address business needs and objectives.
  • Build a deep understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and expected outcomes.
  • Understand product features and map functional requirements to out-of-the-box system capabilities.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend feasible working alternatives.
  • Support product evaluation during the service definition phase.
  • Manage updates and changes to requirements in coordination with the BTS team.
  • Create test plans, test cases, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
  • Assist in conducting functional testing.
  • Ensure operational support processes align with business objectives and documented requirements.

Qualifications
  • Primary Skill: Systems Analysis
  • Industry Experience: Must have Banking and Finance experience
  • Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business & functional requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and working with solution architects
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
