Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.

  • Change linens and replace used towels and amenities.

  • Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, tubs/showers, and mirrors.

  • Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.

  • Replenish guest room supplies such as soaps, shampoos, tissues, and minibar items.

  • Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report them promptly.

  • Ensure all cleaning tasks meet hotel standards and follow health and safety regulations.

  • Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.

  • Assist with cleaning common areas, hallways, and other hotel facilities as needed.

  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Good physical stamina; must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as required.
