Doorman Assistant

The entry-level position of Doorman/Utility/Messenger is a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility premises, ensuring seamless assistance to patients or customers entering or leaving the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Doorman at the Entrance:
  • Be alert and vigilant for arriving patients or customers;
  • Approach vehicles before passengers alight, offering umbrella assistance when needed;
  • Accommodate valet parking requests if available, coordinating with assigned staff;
  • Greet patients warmly as they enter the Clinic, or thank them for visiting upon departure;
  • Assist patients with their belongings or tasks.
• As a Valet Parking Attendant:
  • Help patients park their vehicles safely;
  • Open doors for patients entering or exiting their vehicles;
  • Ensure secure key storage and tagging;
  • Take care in parking patient vehicles in a safe area and driving them responsibly.
• Facility Maintenance Duties:
  • Timely open the Clinic if assigned as Opener; Close and clean thoroughly as Closer;
  • Regularly clean clinic areas, including restrooms, common spaces, and treatment rooms;
  • Maintain cleanliness of pantry, equipment, and fixtures, reporting issues to management;
  • Switch on/off lights and air conditioning units according to approved guidelines;
  • Prepare dirty towels for laundry and receive clean deliveries;
  • Reconcile towel counts with suppliers and arrange new deliveries neatly;
  • Help handle heavy items, such as water dispensers and deliveries;
  • Ensure supply of essentials like water, coffee, and tea;
  • Assist in serving beverages and refreshments to patients;
  • Clean pantry before leaving and wash used dishes;
  • Conduct regular maintenance work and minor handyman repairs;
  • Supervise contractors during renovation or repair works.
