Job Purpose

As the ERP / Financial System Manager at Cebu Landmasters, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and management of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu and is a key part of the company's Digital Innovation and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's ERP system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements and ensure the ERP system supports key processes
  • Develop and maintain ERP system documentation, including user manuals and training materials
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the ERP system
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality
  • Manage and coordinate ERP-related projects, including upgrades and integrations with other systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related inquiries and issues

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP system management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and their underlying architecture
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in developing and delivering user training and support
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
