Job Description
An Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist will be responsible:

  • Delivering a seamless experience to new hires and departing employees
  • Coordinating pre-employment requirements, including medical examinations, background checks, and document submissions.
  • Facilitating onboarding kits such as but not limited to the Company ID, new hire kit and other company merch, from request to distribution process
  • Coordinating the company assets, and work tools with IT and Admin teams
  • Guiding employees through the exit clearance process, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Reclaiming and account for all company assets and access rights in coordination with IT and Admin
  • Ensuring all offboarding documentation is complete, archived, and compliant with internal records policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding process, including internal movement, migration and expat processes
  • Organized, data-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Good time-management skills
