
Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist

Job Description
An Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist will be responsible:
- Delivering a seamless experience to new hires and departing employees
- Coordinating pre-employment requirements, including medical examinations, background checks, and document submissions.
- Facilitating onboarding kits such as but not limited to the Company ID, new hire kit and other company merch, from request to distribution process
- Coordinating the company assets, and work tools with IT and Admin teams
- Guiding employees through the exit clearance process, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Reclaiming and account for all company assets and access rights in coordination with IT and Admin
- Ensuring all offboarding documentation is complete, archived, and compliant with internal records policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding process, including internal movement, migration and expat processes
- Organized, data-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Good time-management skills
