Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with specific experience in running campaigns for our website and marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue through targeted campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for our website and marketplaces, focusing on driving measurable results and optimizing campaigns for key metrics and ROI.
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and other relevant platforms, specifically within the marketplaces.
- Utilize data-driven strategies and advanced analytics tools to track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative teams and data analysts, to develop compelling ad creative and landing pages that maximize engagement and conversion rates within the marketplaces.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and new customer acquisition strategies specific to the marketplaces.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to achieve campaign goals, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal performance within the marketplaces.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders, and using data to inform future marketing decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and marketplace advertising, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in campaign strategies.
- Maintain relationships with marketplace representatives, staying informed of new advertising features and opportunities, and leveraging these to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on running campaigns for websites and marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience in utilizing in-platform ad solutions offered by marketplaces and familiarity with their ad management interfaces, targeting options, and reporting capabilities.
- Proficient in using analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, e-commerce, and marketplace advertising.
