Job Description:
Primary Function: Responsible in ensuring regular Preventive and Corrective Maintenance is being carried out to support efficient operation of production machines and plant facility equipments with minimal downtime
Major Responsibilities:
Establishes annual Preventive Maintenance Plan for all machineries and equipments
Schedules Preventive Maintenance with close coordination to other departments
Establishes PM Routines based on OEM manual and best practices
Monitors Pre-PM and Post PM machine performance, analyzes results for improvement
Submits PM Schedule and summarizes PM reports on a weekly basis
Coordinates with Asset Engineer for spare parts usage, purchase request and modification
Checks and analyzes machine history for immediate corrective maintenance requirement
Collects, analyzes and summarizes Work Orders and Job Orders
Collaborates with technicians, section heads, supervisors on maintenance related activities
Measures department's performance in PM Implementation
Monitors recurring breakdown and machine downtime and assist in resolution
Ensures that safe work rules and practices are understood, implemented and consistently followed by Engineering Department employees and contractors.
Defines, follow up and optimizes Maintenance expenses.
Ensures adoption and adherence to Maintenance Standards, norms and best practices.
Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13, Php20,000.00 per month
