Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee for Sales, located in Calamba. The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning and performing sales tasks such as managing client accounts, generating sales leads, and closing deals. The role also involves market analysis, planning sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. The trainee will receive training and mentorship to develop their skills in sales management and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including client account management and lead generation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or management roles is a plus
