Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Sleep BU by leading its overall digital presence, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through well-planned and well-executed digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Sleep BU social media platforms and ensure content is relevant, informative, and engaging.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Digital Marketing Group.
  • Develop digital marketing objectives, strategies, and performance measures.
  • Coordinate closely with Brand Marketing, IMC, and Creatives to align and support digital initiatives.
  • Execute digital campaigns from planning to rollout.
  • Lead and complete assigned special digital projects.
  • Monitor competitor digital activities and identify trends, tools, and technologies that can benefit the Sleep BU.
  • Work with digital agencies as needed to ensure quality output.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training recommendations to team members.

Competencies:

  • Strong senior-level digital marketing experience
  • Knowledgeable in Web 3.0
  • Skilled in consumer research and market intelligence
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Familiarity with Web 3.0 and strong consumer insight background
  • Solid project management skills and strong teamwork orientation
  • Amenable to report onsite in Cupang, Muntinlupa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
