Job Description:

  • Creative Design
  • Develop and execute creative layouts, designs, and visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, trade activations, and events.

Multimedia Production

  • Assist in producing campaign videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form/long-form digital content.
  • Edit photos and videos for product shoots, events, and influencer/endorser deliverables.
  • Provide creative support for trade modules, in-store displays, and promotional

Collaboration & Support

  • Coordinate with the Marketing, MarComm, and Trade teams to understand creative requirements.
  • Execute creative tasks and revisions as directed by the Multimedia Artist Supervisor.
  • Provide design support for corporate events, internal campaigns, and presentations.

File Management & Documentation

  • Maintain proper organization of creative files, templates, and design archives.
  • Ensure timely submission of design outputs and compliance with deadlines.
  • Provide finalized materials in appropriate formats for print, digital, and trade executions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to marketing and advertising.
  • Recommend creative approaches to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Produce graphics for digital platforms (social media posts, website banners, online ads) and offline materials (flyers, posters, tarpaulins, packaging).
  • Ensure consistency with brand identity and creative standards across all outputs.quirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fashion Merchandising, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
