Job Description

We are seeking an Project Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position for someone who has a passion for technology and is interested in pursuing a career in project management. The successful candidate will receive training and support to learn and apply project management methodologies to IT projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects
  • Support project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Help to create project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Attend project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation
  • Continuously learn and develop project management skills and methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in project management but newly graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interest in project management and technology
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, basic Java, and Microsoft applications
