What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the dining area as needed
• Providing prompt and attentive service to all guests, addressing any queries or concerns
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure the timely delivery of orders
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service-oriented role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Flexibility to work in a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry
