WAITER / CASHIER
(Flexible Frontline Service Role)
Job Summary:
Performs both food and beverage service and cashiering functions. Ensures guests receive attentive, efficient service throughout their dining experience — from order taking to accurate billing and checkout.
Key Responsibilities:
As Waiter:
- Welcome and assist guests courteously.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly.
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of tables and service areas.
- Provide a positive and memorable guest experience.
As Cashier:
- Accurately process payments using cash, cards, or digital methods.
- Prepare and issue receipts or invoices.
- Keep the cashier area neat, organized, and properly stocked.
- Balance cash drawers and submit daily sales reports.
- Handle guest inquiries or billing concerns politely and professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 27 – 54 per week
