(Flexible All-Around Service Role)
Job Summary:
A versatile team member responsible for both crafting quality coffee and beverage creations and delivering attentive table service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, satisfying dining experience. Demonstrates flexibility by performing effectively as both Barista and Waiter, maintaining The Kind's standards of hospitality, presentation, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Barista:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with consistency and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and workstation.
- Ensure product freshness and manage daily inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Engage with guests, explaining drink options and recommending menu pairings.
As a Waiter:
- Greet, seat, and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area and tables.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately and courteously.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 27 – 54 per week
