HR & Accounts Operations Assistant

This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, US Central time (required); the other 4 hours/day are flexible (as in they can be worked before, after, or split)
Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations Excellence: Track and manage unpaid invoices through systematic collections processes, ensuring optimal cash flow for the business
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct professional follow-up communications with clients regarding outstanding payments via phone and email
- Software Mastery: Navigate and manage data within WorkWave/PestPack software system, becoming an expert in industry-leading pest control management tools
- Talent Acquisition Support: Coordinate and schedule interviews for various positions, helping the company build its dream team
- HR Operations: Process offer letters and orchestrate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
- Administrative Excellence: Perform key administrative functions within BambooHR system, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with internal teams using Microsoft suite and Slack, ensuring smooth information flow across departments
- Process Optimization: Follow and help refine established procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail with ability to follow processes precisely and consistently
- Tech-Savvy Adaptability: Experience with CRM or similar software systems (comprehensive training provided for specialized platforms)
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions and internal coordination
- Independent Work Style: Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Microsoft Proficiency: Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite for daily operations
- Learning Enthusiasm: Eagerness to master new software systems including WorkWave/PestPack and BambooHR
- Professional Background: Previous experience in finance, accounting, or human resources highly valued but not required - we believe in training the right person
- Growth Mindset: Interest in developing expertise across both financial and HR operations with potential for expanded responsibilities and performance bonuses
