Job Overview:

As a Visa Officer at VM Consultancy and Visa Services Inc., you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their global goals by managing visa applications for destinations such as the USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Schengen countries, and other international locations.

You will be responsible for reviewing applications, assessing eligibility, ensuring compliance, and guiding clients through the entire visa process with professionalism, accuracy, and care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end visa processing for assigned countries, including the USA, UK, New Zealand, Canada, Schengen, and others.
  • Review and evaluate visa applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current immigration policies and embassy procedures.
  • Lodge visa applications through relevant online portals and coordinate with embassies or partner institutions as needed.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, or FB Messenger to request additional information, clarify discrepancies, or provide application updates.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments (Admissions, Documentation, and Client Relations) to ensure smooth processing and accurate submission of all requirements.
  • Provide clear and professional guidance on visa requirements, timelines, and processes to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all visa applications, supporting documents, and correspondence while ensuring strict confidentiality and data protection.
  • Stay constantly updated on immigration laws, regulations, policy changes, and new embassy procedures to ensure accurate and compliant processing.
  • Cross-check and validate client-submitted documents, including passports, invitation letters, proof of funds, and supporting materials before submission.
  • Accurately encode and upload client details, forms, and attachments to visa application platforms or embassy systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to share best practices, resolve complex cases, and support overall operational efficiency.
  • Participate in team initiatives and assist with administrative or project-related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
