Position: General Affairs Staff (Visa Processing)

Company Industry: Manufacturing Company

Work Location: Lapu Lapu Cebu

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (7am-4pm)

Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience

Work Set Up: work on site

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • holder of a bachelor's degree
  • at least 3 of supervisory role experience
  • Having prior experience working for a Japanese Manufacturing company

able to participate in in-person interviews

Available for employment Monday through Friday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage visas for international workers, Alien Employment Permits (AEPs), and other pertinent government documents.
  • Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
  • Maintain accurate and current personnel records regarding permissions and visas.
  • Make travel, hotel, and airline reservations for employees, visitors, and guests.
  • Plan your travels and ensure that everything goes without a hitch.
  • Manage joint ventures with lodging and travel agencies to save expenses.
  • Assist in organizing workplace get-togethers, formal events, and meetings.
  • Answer questions about GA, office supplies, and facility needs.
  • Assist internal departments with administrative tasks.
