Role Overview

You will lead end to end product development across engineering builds and AI feature releases. You convert strategy into shippable increments, keep delivery predictable, and raise the bar on quality, reliability, and user impact.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for manual and automated test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs and inconsistencies across the platform.
• Log tickets (bugs, issues, improvements) in Jira
• Collaborate closely with engineers to troubleshoot, reproduce, and fix issues.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts with modern frameworks and tools compatible with our React/Vercel/Supabase stack.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to bug fixes as needed to accelerate resolution.
• Adapt QA processes to accommodate the unique challenges of AI-driven features, such as LLMs and agent interactions.
• Document release notes
• Ensure all feedback cycles are closed with clear resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with the team on status, issues, and roadblocks.
• Take ownership of quality assurance initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.

• QA Accuracy Rate – % of bugs/issues caught before production release.
• Ticket Management Efficiency – Average resolution/closure rate of logged tickets
• UAT Coverage – % of features validated and signed off before launch.
• Usability Test Reports – Minimum 1–2 clear reports per sprint with actionable insights.
• Research Contributions – Number of user interviews/surveys conducted and summarized monthly.
• Insight Adoption – % of recommendations incorporated into product decisions.
• Documentation Quality – Completeness and clarity of testing logs, process flows, and reports.

Qualifications

Must Haves

• 2+ years QA for web apps, strong manual testing
• Test plans and cases, clear bug reports in Jira
• Automation with Playwright or Cypress, plus React Testing Library
• API testing using Postman, REST and basic GraphQL
• Git and CI familiarity such as GitHub Actions
• Comfort with React, Vercel, Supabase
• UAT experience with acceptance criteria and sign off
• Exposure to AI and LLM behavior testing
• Excellent documentation and communication
• Hybrid setup in BGC three days weekly

Nice to Haves

• LLM eval techniques such as Ragas or Promptfoo
• Performance testing with k6 or JMeter
• Security testing awareness aligned to OWASP Top 10
• Cross-browser or device testing via BrowserStack
• Basic SQL for data checks, Supabase familiarity
• Ability to read React code and propose small fixes
• UXR basics such as interviews, surveys, synthesis
• Analytics literacy with Mixpanel or GA4
• Accessibility awareness using WCAG and axe
• Familiarity with Philippine real estate workflows
